CONFIRMATION
"But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come
upon you; and you shall be my witnesses". Acts 1:8
Our parish Confirmation Programme for children begins in Term 1 of 2021.
The programme is designed for children in Year 8, though we accept older children who, for
whatever reason, missed the programme at this age.
Confirmation for adults is organised seperately, please contact
the office (03) 348 6100 for further details.
The Confirmation Programme allows the candidates to dive deep into scripture,
understand the Sacrament of Confirmation, and learn about the gifts and the fruits of the Holy Spirit.
This year's Confirmation Programme will begin on Wednesday 10 March.
It involves 10 weeks of of lessons on Wednesday nights 6.30pm - 8pm (no lessons during school holidays). There is also a Confirmation Retreat Friday 11 June - Saturday 12 June
that all confirmandees are expected to attend.
The Confirmation Mass for 2021 will be on Sunday 13 June at 9am at Our Lady of Victories Church.
