MARRIAGE
Marriage is a beautiful bond between two people who love each other deeply and have chosen to spend their lives together. It's a partnership that involves commitment, trust, and mutual support. Marriage is a journey that two people embark upon together, and it is one that requires patience, understanding, and forgiveness. Marriage is a celebration of love and the start of a new chapter in life, filled with joy, growth, and endless possibilities.
Our parish is pleased to be able to journey with couples as they prepare for Christian Marriage.
Rings
They represent an unbreakable bond between two people, a promise to love and cherish one another for all time. The circular shape of the rings has no beginning and no end, just like the love and commitment shared between two individuals in a marriage.
Commitment and Permanence
Faith strengthens the couple's commitment to their marriage vows. Catholic couples pledge to love and honor each other, remaining faithful in good times and bad, just as Christ remains faithful to His Church.
Promise of marriage
Is a solemn and profound pledge to honor and cherish each other, to be faithful and true, and to love and support each other for all eternity. It's a promise that speaks to the very heart of what it means to be human
